“Cooking has always been a true passion of mine. I light up when I hear we’ve got guests coming over - it means I get to do what I love most: COOK, and bring smiles to people’s faces through flavour-packed dishes.
For me, every ingredient matters. I treat each one with care, giving it time to marinate, infuse, and bring the dish to life.
I always tell my wife - never add ingredients into a cold pan! That sizzling CHA!!..when something hits a hot pan: that’s the sound of love, passion and real cooking.
