Savannah Smoke Grill is built on one thing - doing good food, properly.

Behind it all is Tevin Clarke, founder and the man on the grill. Born in Trinidad and Tobago and now based in Stowmarket, Suffolk with his British wife and daughter, Tevin brings together Caribbean roots, family tradition, and a real passion for cooking that’s been there from the start. With both parents working as chefs back home in Trinidad, food was always part of life - and that path naturally led him into culinary training and, eventually, building something of his own.

A love for bold flavour, street food, and authentic charcoal BBQ came together to create a brand focused on quality, consistency, and food that people genuinely enjoy. Not overcomplicated - just well-made, full of flavour, and done right every time.

That approach carries through everything Savannah Smoke Grill does. It’s not just about what’s on the menu, but how it’s served - the grill, the pace, the atmosphere around the stand. Whether it’s a busy festival, a private event, or a local pop-up, the aim is always the same: serve great food and create something people remember.
